Film ini menghidupkan kembali sebuah negeri yang pernah ada di Timur Tengah pada abad VI. Lengkap dengan kota-(kota) sucinya, istana-istananya, menara-menaranya, jalan-jalan gurun pasirnya hingga eksotika mistik-mistik puritannya.

Film ini bahkan menyusuri ruang-ruang gelap tempat sekelompok orang dari suku pembunuh bayaran mengelilingi seorang penari sufi. Dan, jangan lupakan rombongan "anarkis" yang melawan "pemerintah" dengan menolak membayar pajak dan menyelenggarakan balapan burung unta! 

"Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time" dibuka dengan sebuah adegan yang mengingatkan kita pada penggambaran tipikal kaum orientalis: kerumunan orang di jalan-jalan dan pasar buah-buahan. Lalu, seorang bocah laki-laki membuat keributan (mencuri apel) dan menarik perhatian rombongan raja yang sedang melintas. Dengan mudah Alamut ditaklukkan dan Puteri Tamina yang cantik menjadi tawanan. Sepulang dari perang, Dastan menghadiahkan jubah doa hasil rampasan kepada ayah angkatnya, Raja Sharuman. Namun, ternyata jubah itu beracun dan sang raja tewas. Suasana langsung jadi kacau. Dastan diteriaki pembunuh dan dikejar. Bersama Puteri Tamina, Dastan melarikan diri. Petualangan pun dimulai. Karena Frodo dan Sam selain harus melewati berbagai jebakan dan musuh , Frodo sendiri harus mampu melawan bisikan iblis yang timbul dari cincin maut tersebut. Waktu sungguh mendesak mengingat semakin lama cincin itu tak dimusnahkan, maka pertumpahan darah akan terus berlangsung.

RESENSIThe Lord of the Rings 1 : Lord of the Ring : The Fellowship of the Ring menceritakan tentang Frodo Baggins, seorang Hobbit yang mendapat tugas untuk membawa sebuah cincin sakti (The One Ring), menuju ke Gunung Doom untuk dihancurkan dengan memasukkan cincin tersebut ke dalam kawah Gunung Doom. Cincin tersebut merupakan milik Sauron, Penguasa Kegelapan yang kembali bangkit setelah tertidur ribuan tahun dan berambisi untuk merebut kembali cincin miliknya. Jika Sauron berhasil mendapatkan cincin itu kembali, maka dipastikan seisi Middle Earth akan dinaungi kegelapan untuk yang kedua kalinya.

Bersama dengan 8 orang pengiringnya yang terdiri dari 3 orang temamnya sesama Hobbit yaitu Sam, Merry, Pippin, ditambah dengan penyihir Gandalf, kemudian Aragorn, yang merupakan keturunan Isildur, lalu Boromir, si peri Legolas, dan terakhir si kurcaci Gimli, Frodo melalui jalan yang penuh bahaya agar bisa berhasil membawa si cincin menuju ke kawah Gunung Doom untuk dimusnahkan.

Beastly 2011 : Kyle is a rich spoiled teen who thinks the world is at his finger tips. When a student, Kendra calls him a jerk, he decides to play a prank on her. She then retaliates by placing a curse on him that turns him into something hideous. She tells him that if at the end of a year, he can’t find someone to say “I LOVE YOU” to him he will remain like that forever. He then goes into seclusion with a maid and a blind tutor. They convince him to go out and find someone. He then goes out to find someone and he runs into Lindy, a student at his school who is not completely turned off by his swagger. When she gets into trouble, he offers to take her in until the trouble is over. He then adopts the name Hunter and he tries to win her heart but she’s not like the other girls who are wooed by his wealth.
